- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across markets.

- Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating with other departments.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are input into the system and other relevant databases.

- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages such as Finnish, Swedish, or Danish are advantageous.
