1. Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market.
2. Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
3. Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
4. Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
5. Forward-thinking individuals eager to use creativity and skills to drive the brand's continued success.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
2. Ability to operate as a true personal advisor to clients.
3. Proficiency in using clienteling tools and systems.
4. Enthusiasm for luxury retail and brand representation.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment, preferably in high-end or luxury retail.
