1. Deliver a personalised, memorable client experience in line with Louis Vuitton standards; welcome clients and advise across all product categories.
2. Drive individual and store sales objectives; be accountable for achieving personal and team targets.
3. Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships through proactive outreach and use of clienteling tools.
4. Master brand and product knowledge and convey expertise with elegance and accuracy.
5. Contribute actively as a team player to store initiatives and daily operational tasks.
6. Uphold the House’s grooming, conduct and service standards at all times.
7. Adhere to company policies, processes and loss‑prevention procedures.

1. Fluent spoken English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
2. Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends; able to work on‑site for the summer season.
3. Minimum three years of professional experience (see Experience).
4. Customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or luxury is valued but not mandatory.
5. Professional or post‑secondary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are advantageous but not required.

Minimum three years of professional experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality; candidates with strong transferable customer‑facing experience will also be considered.

Post‑secondary studies in sales, marketing or tourism are valued but not mandatory.
