1. Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market.
2. Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
3. Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
4. Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
5. Forward-thinking individuals eager to use creativity and skills to drive the brand's success.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
