- Deliver an exceptional client experience by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.

- Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals through effective client engagement and relationship building.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge across all categories to provide informed and personalized advice to clients.
- Leverage clienteling tools to develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized follow-up and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and dynamic store environment.
- Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market.
- Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.
- Forward-thinking individuals eager to use creativity and skills to drive the brand's success and heritage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
