1. Previous retail experience, preferably within a high-end or luxury market.
2. Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
3. Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
4. Willingness to learn and continuously improve personal and team performance.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail or customer-centric environment, ideally within the luxury sector.
