1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
2. Master brand and product knowledge.
3. Advise clients across all product categories.
4. Develop long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
5. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
6. Ensure key products are well-displayed to maximize business opportunities.
7. Lead window product changes and installations.
8. Collaborate on business events and train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Experience in a retail environment with a visual merchandising focus.
2. Demonstrated experience in visual merchandising strategies and standards.
3. Experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion, with a focus on visual merchandising.

Hourly rate of USD $23-$26 plus commission opportunities.
