1. Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
3. Reapplication is not permitted within one year of a previous application.

1. Experience in selling through luxury brands, fashion brands, select shops, or department stores.
2. Expertise or experience in categories such as Watches/Jewelry, RTW, Shoes, Fragrance, and Exotic Leather.
3. Experience in negotiating and selling high-priced items such as High Watches, High Jewelry, Exotic Leather, and Fur.
4. Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.

Compensation is determined through the selection process, with various incentives based on individual, store, high-value items, and performance evaluations. Annual salary increases and biannual promotions are available.
