Louis Vuitton Channels and Digital Project Manager

- Manage all activities related to channel management and digital projects within the Client Services Central team.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to define operational and functional needs.
- Ensure the development and adaptation of tools to meet business requirements.
- Evaluate and anticipate business needs and their evolution.
- Work with Product Owners and other teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Prepare business presentations for executive committees and technical development reviews.
- Monitor the development and integration roadmap of tools.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of tool evolution and propose continuous improvements.
- Ensure alignment with business needs, deployment, and effective adoption of new tools and features by end users.
- Assess the impact of changes on existing processes and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C customer service within an international retail/luxury context.
- Significant experience in the digital domain.
- Proven ability to anticipate and identify customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Strong adaptability and agility with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent international project management skills in an agile context.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
