1. Collaborate with the Change Management team within the IT department to support the implementation of new technologies and tools across various business functions such as Retail, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
2. Identify employee needs through user research activities including interviews, surveys, and persona definitions.
3. Develop communication, training, and post-deployment support strategies, along with associated deliverables.
4. Design and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person and e-learning, to facilitate the adoption of new tools and practices.
5. Assist in the deployment of new technologies aimed at digitalizing training and change management processes.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven organizational skills and project management capabilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in e-learning content creation tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Genially, and Vyond.
2. Ability to conduct user research and define user personas.
3. Strong communication and training delivery skills.
4. Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior professional experience, ideally suited for students in their Master's program.

Master's degree in progress in Business, Communication, Engineering, or equivalent.
