- Collaborate with the Change Management team within the IT department to support the implementation of new technologies and tools across various business functions such as Retail, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
- Identify employee needs through user research activities including interviews, surveys, and persona definitions.
- Develop communication, training, and post-deployment support strategies, along with associated deliverables.
- Design and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person and e-learning, to facilitate the adoption of new tools and practices.
- Assist in the deployment of new technologies aimed at digitalizing training and change management processes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven organizational skills and project management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in e-learning content creation tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Genially, and Vyond.
- Ability to conduct user research and define user personas.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior professional experience, ideally suited for students in their Master's program.
Master's degree in progress in Business, Communication, Engineering, or equivalent.
