- Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders to supplier capacities.
- Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
- Analyze stock levels to balance availability and minimize excess.

- Coordinate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
- Collaborate with central novelty planners and distribution planners for flow consistency.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operational logistics within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, pull/push systems.
- Experience in logistics data configuration and MRP calculation assumptions.
- KPI management: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
- Agility and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
- Result-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
