1. Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders to supplier capacities.
2. Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
3. Analyze stock levels to balance availability and minimize excess.

5. Coordinate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
6. Collaborate with central novelty planners and distribution planners for flow consistency.
7. Develop proactive supplier partnerships to ensure supply chain reliability.
8. Propose continuous improvement actions with suppliers to enhance stability and performance.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operational logistics within an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
2. Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, pull/push systems.
3. Experience in logistics data configuration and MRP calculation assumptions.
4. KPI management: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
5. Agility and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
6. Result-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Teamwork and negotiation skills.
