1. Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders according to supplier capacities.
2. Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
3. Analyze stock levels to balance availability with minimizing excess.
4. Engage suppliers for rapid solutions in case of capacity constraints.
5. Coordinate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
6. Collaborate with central novelty planners and distribution planners to ensure flow consistency.
7. Foster proactive collaboration with suppliers to enhance supply chain reliability.
8. Propose continuous improvement actions with suppliers to maximize stability and overall performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning within an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
2. Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, pull/push systems.
3. Ability to configure logistics data and key assumptions for MRP calculations.
4. KPI management: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
5. Agility and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
6. Result-oriented mindset and continuous improvement culture.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
