Louis Vuitton Central Supply Planner

- Anticipate demand fluctuations and adjust orders according to supplier capacities.
- Monitor ongoing orders and address any anomalies or urgent issues.
- Analyze stock levels to balance availability with minimizing excess.
- Engage suppliers for rapid solutions in case of capacity constraints.
- Coordinate daily with Flow teams and suppliers to adjust needs.
- Collaborate with central novelty planners and distribution planners to ensure flow consistency.
- Foster proactive collaboration with suppliers to enhance supply chain reliability.
- Propose continuous improvement actions with suppliers to maximize stability and overall performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply planning within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in information systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Understanding of flow concepts: kanban, work-in-progress, pull/push systems.
- Ability to configure logistics data and key assumptions for MRP calculations.
- KPI management: supplier service rates, workshop shortages, stock levels.
- Agility and ability to handle unforeseen circumstances.
