1. Assist the Celebrity Events Department in managing press relations and celebrity-related events.
2. Manage magazine subscriptions to ensure continuous access to necessary publications.
3. Collect and track media coverage related to celebrities and events to assess communication impact.
4. Input media appearances and coverage into the DMR software for precise tracking.
5. Compare monthly media coverage with LVMH data to ensure report accuracy.
6. Oversee the sending and returning of clothing and accessories loaned to celebrities, maintaining meticulous records.
7. Ensure the VIP showroom is impeccably maintained and ready for high-profile visitors.
8. Manage the reception of VIP press set orders and ensure their accurate entry into the PRACO software.
9. Participate in the organization of fashion shows, store openings, charity dinners, and other significant events.
10. Coordinate event logistics, including hotel, transport, and chauffeur bookings for celebrities.
11. Book hair and makeup artists for celebrities to ensure flawless presentation at events.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Communication, Marketing, or Public Relations.
2. Previous experience in press relations, event management, or showroom operations is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in DMR and PRACO software, or a willingness to learn quickly.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively.
5. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
