- Assist the Celebrity Events department in managing press relations and celebrity-related events.
- Manage magazine subscriptions and ensure continuous access to relevant publications.
- Collect and track media coverage related to celebrities and events to assess communication impact.
- Input media coverage into the DMR software for precise tracking.
- Compare monthly media coverage with LVMH data to ensure report accuracy.
- Oversee the sending and returning of clothing and accessories loaned to celebrities.
- Maintain the VIP showroom in pristine condition for high-profile visitors.
- Manage the reception of VIP press set orders and ensure their tracking in the PRACO software.
- Participate in the organization of fashion shows, store openings, charity dinners, and other significant events.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for celebrities, including hotel, transport, and chauffeur bookings.
- Book hair and makeup services for celebrities to ensure impeccable presentation at events.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) minimum, ideally in communication, marketing, or public relations.
- Previous experience in press relations, event management, or showroom operations is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly DMR and PRACO software, with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage stress and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another language is a plus.
Entry-level experience in press relations, event management, or showroom operations is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) minimum in communication, marketing, or public relations.
Interns will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values and undergo two evaluations to assess skill development.
