Louis Vuitton Celebrity Project Manager

- Support the organization of fashion shows, press days, campaigns, special projects, and various events, including venue booking, equipment management, catering, transportation, accommodation, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct fittings and trials with celebrities, coordinate on-site during shoots and events, manage unforeseen issues, and address talent requests.
- Contribute to the development of product launch and placement strategies.
- Coordinate and manage worldwide dressing requests and product loans.
- Monitor budgets for celebrity collaborations, oversee expenses and invoices, liaise with financial control for budget tracking and expense justification.
- Manage and oversee contracts with the legal department, talent agents, and publicists, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deadlines.
- Assist teams in negotiating contracts with celebrities.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams (marketing, communication, events) and talents and their agents.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Analyze and track performance to inform future strategies, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor trends and identify new collaboration opportunities with emerging personalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to manage relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
- Understanding of contract law.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
