Louis Vuitton Celebrity Project Manager

- Support the organization of fashion shows, press days, campaigns, and various events, including venue booking, equipment management, catering, transportation, accommodation, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct fittings and styling sessions with celebrities, manage on-site coordination during shoots and events, and handle unexpected requests from talents.
- Contribute to the development of product launch strategies and product placements.
- Coordinate and manage worldwide dressing requests and product loans.
- Monitor budgets for celebrity collaborations, oversee expenses and invoices, and liaise with financial control for budget tracking and expense justification.
- Manage and track contracts with the legal department, talent agents, and publicists, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deadlines.
- Assist teams in negotiating contracts with celebrities.
- Serve as the liaison between internal teams (marketing, communication, events) and talents with their agents.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
- Analyze and track performance to inform future strategies, measure the impact of actions, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct trend monitoring and identify new collaboration opportunities with emerging personalities.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, recognized for diplomacy and responsiveness.
- Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen events, with a strong sense of organization.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and project management software.
- Understanding of contract law.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Communication, or equivalent.
