1. Coordinate showroom and event logistics, including fashion shows, press days, and special projects, managing venue bookings, equipment, catering, transportation, accommodation, and vendor arrangements.
2. Conduct fittings and trials with celebrities, oversee on-site coordination during shoots and events, and manage unexpected situations and talent requests.
3. Contribute to the development of product launch and placement strategies.
4. Manage worldwide dressing and product loan requests.
5. Monitor budgets for celebrity collaborations, control expenses and invoices, and liaise with financial control for budget tracking and expense justification.
6. Manage and track contracts with the legal department, talent agents, and publicists, ensuring compliance with contractual clauses and deadlines.
7. Assist teams in negotiating contracts with celebrities.
8. Serve as a liaison between internal teams (marketing, communication, event management), talents, and their agents.
9. Facilitate communication and collaboration among various stakeholders.
10. Analyze and track performance to inform future strategy, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
11. Conduct trend monitoring and identify new collaboration opportunities with emerging personalities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.

1. Strong interpersonal skills, recognized for diplomacy and relationship management.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and unforeseen events.
3. Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and project management tools.
4. Understanding of contract law.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or equivalent.
