1. Coordinate the arrival of talents and teams for events, fashion shows, and photoshoots.
2. Create and update itineraries for talents.
3. Participate in the organization of Louis Vuitton events.
4. Monitor internal budgets and create purchase orders.
5. Maintain relationships with external partners such as artistic agencies, glam agencies, and hotel client relations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, communication school, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
3. Team-oriented with the ability to integrate quickly into a team.
4. Versatile and proactive with the ability to adapt to varied situations.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally familiar with Adobe Suite and Fashion GPS.
6. Fluent in English.

Entry-level experience in similar functions is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.

The internship includes a comprehensive onboarding day to understand the brand's values, and two evaluations with the internship supervisor to assess skill acquisition.
