1. Support daily operational and administrative tasks related to celebrity and influencer activities across all categories.
2. Manage monthly expenses related to celebrities and influencers, including purchase order creation, vendor registration, and tax invoice processing.
3. Support product placement delivery management, including receiving, packaging, shipment, and calligraphy.
4. Assist with product gift write-off tracking and documentation.
5. Draft and circulate emails to share celebrity and influencer exposure updates.
6. Prepare and update celebrity profiles and reference materials.
7. Support PA voucher TR poll management and internal coordination.
8. Arrange non-Louis Vuitton gifts such as flowers, champagne, and other hospitality items.
9. Assist with hospitality arrangements such as coffee trucks and café visits.

1. Strong interest in fashion, entertainment, marketing, and celebrity/influencer culture.
2. Good understanding of social media trends and ability to research relevant talents.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible with a proactive working attitude.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
5. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
7. Fluent in Korean and English with working-level English (email writing and basic communication).
8. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Previous internship or experience in fashion, luxury, PR, or marketing is preferred. Experience in researching and compiling celebrity/influencer profiles and lists is advantageous.
