1. Assist in organizing, coordinating, and managing logistics for major Louis Vuitton events such as fashion shows, festivals, and red carpets.
2. Facilitate the participation of VIPs, influencers, and Friends of the House.
3. Create and update itineraries for talents during fashion shows and events.
4. Manage administrative tasks including invoicing and purchase order creation via MyPO.
5. Liaise with key external partners such as glam agencies, travel agencies, and caterers.
6. Source and implement new processes with partners to streamline collaboration and billing.
7. Support showroom operations by managing internal orders and tracking gifting stock.
8. Contribute to the gifting strategy for talents, including sourcing, ordering, and preparation.

1. Enrolled in a business school, communication school, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in events, communication, or luxury sectors.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Suite and/or Fashion GPS is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is beneficial.

Beginner level experience in event management, communication, or luxury industry roles.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field.

Interns will participate in an integration day to understand the brand's values and undergo two evaluations during the internship to assess skill acquisition.
