Louis Vuitton Celebrity & Influencer Coordinator

1. Manage travel logistics, including travel, car, and glam bookings for celebrity and influencer talents for fashion shows, brand image events, award shows, and fittings.
2. Process and track invoices related to bookings and manage LVM re-bills.
3. Liaise with the LVM coordination team for seamless event execution, including managing photocall and car arrival times.
4. Coordinate approved store pulls for PR placements, gifting, and allowances, and reconcile budgets for LVA and LVM re-bills.
5. Assist with daily administrative duties and scheduling for the celebrity and influencer teams, including organizing flowers, invitations, and gifts.
6. Support product seeding to celebrities, influencers, and stylists, including courier management and shipment coordination.
7. Book local couriers, generate international custom invoices, track shipments, and manage the return of LVM samples.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/PR, or relevant professional experience in celebrity relations.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and organizational skills.
5. Proven experience in coordinating travel logistics and time management.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in celebrity relations or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications/PR, or a related field.

The hourly range is $28.00 - $30.00, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
