1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet capacity, quality, development, competitiveness, CSR, and innovation needs.
2. Manage supplier panels and market segments, ensuring alignment with purchasing strategy objectives.
3. Secure the supplier portfolio through diversification plans and onboarding new suppliers.
4. Enhance supply chain capabilities and industrial agility in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
5. Drive continuous improvement processes in partnership with the Quality team.
6. Optimize purchasing costs.
7. Implement CSR roadmaps in line with Group and Maison commitments, focusing on responsible sourcing, climate efforts, and circular creativity.
8. Challenge partners on product and process innovations.
9. Oversee relationships with interfaces such as purchasing and project development, production workshops, and resolve supplier incidents.
10. Ensure adherence to purchasing processes including contracting, RFQ, audits, and budget and performance management.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in purchasing.

1. Proficiency in office software, especially Excel and PowerBi.
2. Experience with PLM and SAP software.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the purchasing domain.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 in engineering, business, or a related field.
