Louis Vuitton Care Services Operations Associate

- Provide detailed responses to Operations Exception Tickets and email correspondence promptly.
- Address various operational tasks including exchanges, order fulfillment, and shipping updates.
- Troubleshoot workflow process issues and create tailored solutions for repairs.
- Communicate recurrent issues to leadership for training opportunities.
- Accurately document all client interactions and feedback.
- Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Leverage company platforms for independent learning of product details.
- Perform accurate product assessments related to repairs and quality.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards in all client interactions.
- Consistently meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Care Service Operations.
- High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Exceptional client-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
- Organizational prowess and time management abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interaction at all organizational levels.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
High school diploma or GED.
$25 - $30 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked.
