- Lead the development of operational excellence in Care Services, aligning with brand standards.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to empower team knowledge in Care Services.
- Develop and execute business strategies to support selling teams with best practices and client experience.
- Ensure quality issues and repairs are addressed in line with lead-time targets.
- Maintain immaculate organization of Care Services and Repairs area, driving best practices.
- Ensure compliance with process and customs requirements for repairs and shipments to Paris Repair Centre.
- Communicate regularly with the stock team for effective management of defective exchanges.
- Lead the development of team members in Care Services across the network.
- Follow up with clients regarding their items or queries.
- Achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for Care Services results versus targets.
- Manage aftersales feedback and create actions based on it.
- Partner with management to provide feedback to Head Office on Care Services and opportunities.
- Create and implement action plans to drive business and maximize Care Services performance.
- Act as an ambassador and role model, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with RPM, Logistics & Supply Chain teams to enhance Care Services communications.
- Support and train store team on Care Services, developing repair knowledge.
- Conduct in-store repairs to quality standards and drive training sessions.
- Meet with Client Advisors to coach and develop action plans based on performance reviews.
- Contribute to achieving overall store objectives and support Client Advisors in optimizing aftersales.
- Exceptional technical expertise in Care Services.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and develop team members.
