- Guide clients in after-sales care services, fostering trusting relationships and ensuring they feel valued.
- Manage client repairs and care service inquiries, performing basic in-store repairs and coordinating with the Paris atelier and local partners for complex cases.
- Ensure a high-quality in-store experience for care service clients, maintaining strong follow-up on service cases to exceed client expectations and enhance brand loyalty.
- Train store team members on care service aspects and support store management with client and team requests.
- Assist the sales team with product personalization, such as hot-stamping.
- Contribute to the stock team by efficiently managing deliveries, product preparation, stock availability, and coordinating transfers and shipments.
- Conduct inventory counts, manage stock discrepancies, and collaborate with shop floor and security teams.
- Maintain inventory in pristine condition, ensuring logical organization of stock rooms.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for direct client interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both on the shop floor and in stock operations.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette.
- Experience in managing high client expectations and resolving issues calmly under pressure.

- Technical aptitude for minor product repairs and personalization.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, but a background in luxury retail or customer service is advantageous.
