1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to candidate offers.
2. Facilitate the integration and monitoring of new hires, including organizing orientation days and conducting follow-up assessments.
3. Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives for young talents.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
4. Ability to work proactively and listen effectively.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field in progress.

Participants will engage in a comprehensive integration day and receive mid-term and final evaluations to assess skill acquisition.
