1. Assist in recruiting interns and apprentices across various disciplines, including business, engineering, and fashion schools, from initial manager briefing to candidate offer.
2. Facilitate the integration and monitoring of new hires, including organizing orientation days and conducting progress reviews.
3. Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional projects, talent pools, recruitment initiatives, and young talent programs.
5. Engage in additional projects based on personal interests and team needs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Previous 6-month internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.
3. Recognized for rigor, curiosity, organization, and analytical skills.
4. Enthusiastic about diverse tasks, demonstrating strong listening skills and proactivity.
5. Interest in the luxury sector and its requisite skills: excellence, attention to detail, creativity, and a drive to excel.
6. Proficient in French (written and spoken) and fluent in English.
