1. Assist in recruiting interns and apprentices across various disciplines, from initial manager briefings to extending offers.
2. Facilitate integration and ongoing support for new hires, including organizing orientation days and conducting follow-up assessments.
3. Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through internal events throughout the year.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional projects, talent pools, and recruitment initiatives for young talents.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or University program or equivalent.
2. Previous internship experience in recruitment or HR is advantageous.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Interest in the luxury sector and its associated competencies such as attention to detail, creativity, and a drive for excellence.

Entry-level, suitable for students with some prior internship experience in recruitment or HR.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
