1. Support 10 markets in the South Asia region, including direct market review and functional responsibilities.
2. Facilitate zone budget construction, consolidation, and review processes.
3. Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting, adhering to Group and local requirements.
4. Analyze financial variances against budget and prior periods, monitoring key financial indicators.
5. Collaborate with markets to deliver accurate reporting with variance commentary.
6. Conduct sales performance analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
7. Monitor competitor performance, including sales trends and network changes.
8. Review investment requests for alignment with Group requirements.
9. Support the implementation of Group reporting and policy changes.
10. Partner with functions to enhance performance through process evaluation.
11. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

1. Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
2. Commercial and business partnership mindset.
3. Hands-on, independent, and resourceful.
4. Analytical and detail-oriented.
5. Sound technical and financial knowledge, with exposure to IFRS accounting standards.

1. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
2. Knowledge of SAP, BW, and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. High agility and adaptability.
5. Ability to manage ambiguity and stress, working within tight deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
