- Analyze development costs of collections including materials, prototypes, and trials.
- Evaluate industrialization costs such as prototyping, pre-series, and tooling investments.
- Compare actual outcomes with forecasts and analyze variances.
- Develop activity reports tailored to operational needs, such as collection reviews.
- Identify performance optimization levers for business activities.
- Monitor and control collection inventory, including movements, inventories, and end-of-life.
- Conduct detailed reviews of industrial cost prices at each key stage of collection development.
- Track and animate margins by product category, collection, and gender before production commencement.
- Participate in margin arbitration during go-production meetings.
- Validate cost sheets comprehensively and ensure their integration into dedicated systems (PLM, SAP).
- Control pre-purchase processes, industrial flexibility, and associated material risk estimation.
- Lead action plans to optimize stock levels, including material usage, normalization, and standardization of nomenclatures.
- Participate in cross-functional workshops to support the evolution of management tools (PLM, SAP Manuf, Gildas).
- Degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance, Management, Business Planning, or Merchandising.
- Strong financial and management knowledge.
- Professional proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, PLM, and PowerBI.
- Assertiveness with the ability to defend positions firmly yet flexibly.
- Organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to the fashion and luxury industry.
- Confidentiality awareness.
A minimum of 5 years in Finance, Management, Business Planning, or Merchandising is required.
Degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
