Louis Vuitton Business Development Performance Assistant

- Conduct weekly business analysis for top management, focusing on sales performance across various zones and métiers.
- Coordinate retail activities, including Codir Retail and ZP Meetings, and manage zone budgets, 3YP, and BA business reviews.
- Support the General Retail Director and President by delivering comprehensive and high-quality reports for the executive team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance analyses with a focus on retail metrics.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and create weekly decks on major fashion and luxury events, macroeconomic trends, and geopolitical impacts.
- Manage strategic topics requested by top management, including specific zone action plans.
- Participate in the preparation of zone business reviews, ensuring coordination and finalization for LVMH presentations.
- Assist in establishing the business performance and commercial insights team, fostering collaboration with zones and other departments.
- Organize and coordinate Zone President Meetings, including content preparation and inter-departmental communication.
- Pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Significant relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
