1. Support the Business Controlling and Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland region, covering 8 countries.
2. Provide administrative support to regional stores.
3. Participate in data control routines and ensure the reliability of KPIs.
4. Deliver robust indicators to drive performance and assist in the development and monitoring of action plans.
5. Conduct performance management and control, including gross margin and cost analysis.
6. Perform in-depth studies of analyses and follow up on action plans with operational staff.
7. Participate in the closing and budget processes.
8. Engage in internal control routines.
9. Utilize tools such as SAP ERP and Excel.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
2. Internship agreement from a university is required.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of French or a Nordic language is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills.
4. Ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for those at the start of their career journey.
