Louis Vuitton Business Analyst Merchandising EMEA

- Analyze and monitor product and category performance across EMEA markets, presenting findings to top management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in merchandising.
- Create go-to-market strategies to assess product success potential and forecast future performance using available data and market studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clienteling, sales planning, finance, and country teams.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product assortment, pricing, and propose personalized action plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Participate in seasonal assortment planning and stock management (buying sessions).
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor merchandising practices of competitors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical processes and tools, and support teams in analytical tools and methods.
- Manage transversal topics such as ad hoc requests, seminars, buying recaps, and targets.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in data analysis, merchandising, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of EMEA markets and consumer trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
