Louis Vuitton Business Analyst Intern

- Participate in the formalization of business practices and align documentation with existing management tools.
- Map processes by department (development, workshop, standardization) to optimize business flows.
- Identify convergence points and opportunities for harmonization.
- Formalize associated procedures and contribute to the update and structuring of procedural documentation.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and sharing sessions with teams.
- Monitor and document functional evolution needs of business systems (PLM, Stock Information Systems, Supplier Reference).
- Ensure alignment between business processes and the use of information systems.
- Contribute to the development of a coherent vision of tools and their usage.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for team members on tool usage.
- Final year student in engineering, business school, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Power BI; knowledge of PLM is advantageous.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, autonomy, and assertiveness.
- Comfortable with quantitative data, with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Beginner level experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Final year student in engineering, business school, or equivalent.
