1. Manage projects related to the maintenance of the Beaulieu Sur Layon workshop building.
2. Assist external companies with workshop interventions.
3. Conduct safety audits.
4. Update regulatory documents.
5. Analyze energy data and implement improvement plans.
6. Monitor regulatory compliance and follow up on workshop action plans.
7. Oversee construction projects.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school with a focus on project management and/or maintenance at a Bachelor's level (Bac+3).
