1. Prepare and facilitate the Louis Vuitton Americas Retail Training Strategy, including in-store and regional inductions, training modules, and individual training plans tailored to specific store and regional needs.
2. Support the region in enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring the applied learning of selling skills through observation and coaching.
3. Provide ongoing mentorship to store teams, aimed at improving proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors of all team members.

1. Extensive experience in training creation, implementation, and facilitation within a fast-paced, client-centric retail environment.
2. Proficiency in both English and French.
3. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in training and development within the retail sector is required.
