- Provide exceptional client service through accurate handling of inquiries related to Louis Vuitton products, services, and client escalations via email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Achieve key performance metrics including sales, productivity, and quality while maintaining high operational standards.
- Utilize key systems such as Salesforce, Iconics Icons, Catalog, LV website, UPS, X-store, Product Library, and logistic tools efficiently.
- Assist clients with an entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on quality expectations and urgency.
- Maintain exemplary service leadership in phone quality, complaint resolution, product awareness, and store relations.
- Stay informed on product, company, and departmental information and initiatives.
- Build and maintain clientele to enhance relationships and brand loyalty.
- Document 100% of client calls to track customer inquiries and feedback using CRM software.
- Participate in departmental trainings and initiatives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously while engaging with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.
- Technical proficiency with CRM software and digital tools.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service is required, ideally within a luxury or retail environment.
