1. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to sales objectives, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
2. Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across markets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
4. Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution through innovative approaches and collaboration with other departments.

1. Fluency in Portuguese and either Spanish or Italian, both verbal and written.
2. Background in luxury retail is advantageous.
