1. Assist in the product development process across various product categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other development stakeholders including industrial, logistics, and laboratory teams.
2. Monitor and manage budget allocations for product development projects.
3. Contribute to conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the primary contact for model agencies on current and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Evaluate competitor performance and product portfolios.
7. Analyze recent product launches through monthly newsletters.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses at the request of Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in a business school or equivalent university.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
3. Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is an advantage.

No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
