Louis Vuitton Beauty Group Manager

- Develop the beauty category in alignment with strategic positioning.
- Contribute to the creation of the 3-year plan and associated budgets.
- Design new products, overseeing the entire creation process from concept to formula development, including shade ranges, naming, packaging, and graphic design.
- Collaborate with LVMH Research and the Beauty Creation Director to monitor formula and shade development.
- Supervise packaging development in collaboration with designers and the industrial team.
- Set pricing and ensure target margins in partnership with industrial partners.
- Coordinate the 360-degree launch plan involving all relevant departments: VM, Props, Packaging, Windows, Communication (PR, Events, Digital, E-commerce, DA, Art Buying), Clienteling, Retail, Learning, Internal Communication, and Sustainability.
- Support and guide regional teams with the commercial development team, particularly in defining quantities, implementing operational marketing plans, tracking results, and presenting at seminars.
- Manage cross-functional projects such as special events and customer experiences.
- Conduct competitive market analysis.
- Lead a team of product managers and interns.
- Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Business or equivalent, preferably with a focus on fashion.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury and beauty marketing.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Creativity, agility, and curiosity.
- Strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and proactive abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse profiles (creative, industrial, retail).
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of retail challenges and opportunities.
- Passion for the fragrance and beauty industry.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with Beauty Research & Circana panels is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury and beauty marketing.
Bachelor's degree with a Master's in Business or equivalent, preferably with a focus on fashion.
