Louis Vuitton Back Office Operations Coordinator

1. Perform order review and processing, and resolve post-sales issues.
2. Act as the first point of contact for the Front Office team regarding e-Commerce orders.
3. Conduct morning briefs and training sessions for e-Commerce country Front Office advisors.
4. Follow up on and track the resolution of clients’ order-related complaints.
5. Monitor the order flow lifecycle and identify any stuck orders.
6. Resolve shipment and delivery issues.
7. Process returns and exchanges.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments within Vuitton and external service providers.
9. Perform technical troubleshooting and raise incidents, as well as conduct testing on new launches.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous

2. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a positive attitude
3. Excellent internet research and computer proficiency
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Capability to handle large volumes of information simultaneously
7. Flexibility to adjust to organizational needs during peak seasons

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
