1. Perform order review and processing, and resolve post-sales issues.
2. Act as the primary contact for the Front Office team regarding e-Commerce orders.
3. Conduct morning briefs and training sessions for e-Commerce Front Office advisors.
4. Track and resolve clients’ order-related complaints.
5. Monitor the order flow lifecycle and identify any stuck orders.
6. Resolve shipment and delivery issues.
7. Process returns and exchanges.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.
9. Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in testing new launches.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in internet research and computer use.
2. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
3. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
5. Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends and public holidays.

A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required.

Bachelor’s degree.
