Louis Vuitton Back Office Operations Coordinator

- Perform order review and processing, and resolve post-sales issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for e-Commerce order inquiries, supporting the Front Office team.
- Conduct morning briefs and training sessions for e-Commerce Front Office advisors.
- Track and resolve clients’ order-related complaints.
- Monitor the order flow lifecycle and address any stuck orders.
- Resolve shipment and delivery issues.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and participate in testing new launches.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in internet research and computer skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capacity to handle large volumes of information.
- Adaptability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required, demonstrating competence in handling complex e-commerce operations and customer service.
