1. Assist the Style Coordination team in the creation of product nomenclature based on stylist briefs using PLM systems.
2. Verify material availability for prototype creation and propose alternatives if necessary.
3. Manage the dispatch and availability of reference materials and prototypes.
4. Monitor the delivery of materials to modelers and workshops throughout the development process.
5. Support the launch of certain prototypes, including components.
6. Track the delivery and receipt of prototypes, including software entry and photography.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoice tracking.
8. Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent at a Bac+4/+5 level.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Familiarity with PLM systems is an advantage.
3. Strong product sensitivity, particularly in leather goods.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
5. Effective time management.
6. Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 level education.
