1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional client experience in alignment with Louis Vuitton's standards.
2. Support the Store Manager in operational tasks and team management.
3. Proactively engage with clients to achieve individual and team sales targets.
4. Serve as a role model for the team, demonstrating leadership in clienteling and commercial skills.
5. Contribute to the store's overall objectives by maintaining a comprehensive view of the sales floor.
6. Assist in the development and coaching of the team, including the integration of new employees.
7. Implement specific clienteling action plans to expand the client portfolio.

1. Fluency in English is required.

4. Ability to understand and implement company strategies and policies.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
