1. Serve as an exemplary Sales Advisor and role model for the team.
2. Embody the brand's client experience ethos, demonstrating empathy, curiosity, agility, and commercial acumen.
3. Welcome each client and deliver exceptional service.
4. Advise clients on the brand and its full range of products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge and excellence.
5. Exhibit commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to retain clients, recruit new ones, and develop long-term relationships.
6. Achieve individual objectives and contribute to team sales targets, being accountable for team sales results.
7. Oversee daily store operations, including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
8. Understand and implement company strategy and policies within the team.
9. Proactively assist managers in prioritizing client-centricity within the team.
10. Support the Manager in team development and coaching, and participate in the onboarding of new hires.
11. Assist the Manager in executing clienteling action plans to expand the client portfolio.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
