1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives a personalized and exceptional experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton commitment.
2. Support the Store Manager in operational tasks, team guidance, and floor management.
3. Develop a comprehensive vision for the sales floor and contribute to achieving the store's overall objectives.
4. Perform routine store tasks including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
5. Understand and implement company strategies and policies within the team.
6. Manage stock, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and cash operations as needed.
7. Assist in team development and onboarding of new hires through coaching and integration activities.
8. Maintain sales areas and oversee the operational follow-up of the assigned product category.
9. Implement specific clienteling action plans to expand the client portfolio.
10. Communicate performance results and market insights to the manager, aiding in the development of action plans to enhance category performance.
11. Exemplify exceptional sales advisory skills and serve as a role model for the team.
12. Provide clients with expert advice on the brand and product categories, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
13. Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to foster client loyalty and develop long-term relationships.
14. Contribute to team sales objectives and be accountable for team sales results.
