- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client receives a personalized and exceptional experience that reflects the Louis Vuitton commitment.
- Support the Store Manager in operational tasks, team guidance, and floor management.
- Develop a comprehensive vision for the sales floor and contribute to achieving the store's overall objectives.
- Perform routine store tasks including floor management, client reception, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Understand and implement company strategies and policies within the team.
- Manage stock, visual merchandising, after-sales service, and cash operations as needed.
- Assist in team development and onboarding of new hires through coaching and integration activities.
- Maintain sales areas and oversee the operational follow-up of the assigned product category.
- Implement specific clienteling action plans to expand the client portfolio.
- Communicate performance results and market insights to the manager, aiding in the development of action plans to enhance category performance.
- Exemplify exceptional sales advisory skills and serve as a role model for the team.
- Provide clients with expert advice on the brand and product categories, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Demonstrate commercial leadership and advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to foster client loyalty and develop long-term relationships.
- Contribute to team sales objectives and be accountable for team sales results.
- Excellence in operational execution, leadership, and professionalism.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Curiosity, empathy, and agility with a commercial mindset and strategic vision.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Fluency in English.
