1. Support the Store Director in achieving store objectives through effective leadership and commercial strategies.
2. Lead and develop a high-performing men's store team, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and individual development plans.
3. Drive client engagement and retention through elevated selling and relationship-building strategies.
4. Exemplify exceptional selling behaviors and lead the sales floor to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
5. Oversee store operations, processes, and standards, collaborating with the Store Director on business performance and budget management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
2. Proven track record in team leadership and development.
3. Strong affinity for men's products and service excellence.

Salary range of USD $150,000 - $170,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
