1. Assist in managing real estate projects, focusing on technical and regulatory aspects, ensuring adherence to costs, timelines, and processes.
2. Monitor and follow up on supplier tenders.
3. Assist in drafting contracts.
4. Coordinate with project management teams and various stakeholders.
5. Oversee and accept completed works.
6. Monitor environmental issues, particularly those related to the tertiary decree.
7. Prepare reports, presentations for management, and other internal communication materials.
8. Participate in cross-functional missions, including environmental certification tracking and legal contract oversight.

1. Enrolled in a Master's degree program (Bac+6) or equivalent in real estate project management, environment, or real estate law.
2. Recognized for rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, initiative, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Strong interest in environmental issues and sensitivity to the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in French and proficiency in English is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Beginner level experience in real estate project management or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
