1. Lead product development projects for leather goods and other divisions under the supervision of the Product Innovation Development Manager.
2. Assist the Project Manager in the early-stage development of new innovative products and transition projects to the development teams.
3. Facilitate and coordinate project teams during the initial phases to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives.
4. Understand and fulfill client needs in areas such as market, design, and customer experience.
5. Regularly engage with various stakeholders in the early stages, including external partners, product divisions, material divisions, and marketing.
6. Organize the qualification of products or manufacturing processes with production sites and testing laboratories.
7. Streamline technical practices and solutions.
8. Serve as a key technical contact for suppliers.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
2. Analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proactive and strong interpersonal skills, including listening and communication.
4. Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
5. Possession of a valid driver's license.
